About UK Amateur Poker Players
(UKAPP) We run Large National Title Inter-venue/league Low stakes poker tournaments in Card Rooms And Casinos in the UK
We are also currently inviting all Pub and Social Club games to Take part in our Network national poker league as independent affiliates whether they are already in an established low stakes poker league or not.
UKAPP has been established to unite poker players, leagues and venues under one banner in a network league and hold a Large league finals quarterly as well as our main regular large lowstakes, casino based, bracelet title tournaments.

UKAPP is dedicated to making Amateur poker more buoyant and we will try to aid any setup doing thier own thing in poker, we also ask for nothing in return apart from sharing your results and players to the league accurately by 6pm the following day.
We endeavour to set up a network league of leagues and independent nights to provide everyone a chance to play for points inter venue/league whatever the variation of the format of Texas holdem is between them.
Basically we all are doing the same thing playing Texas Holdem, even if slightly differently and we can all benefit from having a standardised inter-venue/league points scoring system with a healthy shared player base.
We aim to do this Without trying to be an authority in poker or demanding how you should run your venue, poker night or league in a certain way, we remain as impartial as possible, We do not get involved in politics we just want to provide a higher level of poker for all to enjoy.
we are currently running an inter-league, network league, whereby an independent existing poker night or established full league in any pub, or social club may affiliate and share their players and game results to us, so we may hold larger events at national level, inter-venue/league.
We can also host a league table on our website for any affiliated venue if they don’t already do points games, this is ideal for any venue who want to hold league games and also at no extra cost, this also brings together existing leagues in a play off, it ultimately gives any, and all players at this level a bigger goal to play towards and also makes players from other venues aware of existing nights locally thus more travelling players between venues and leagues.
Reporting results of league games is easily achieved via a login page on our website and also works alongside your existing methods if you already have them set up in what you do as well.
Our website will clearly display all affiliated venues available to play in to gain points in the UKAPP league, on any certain day in any given venue where they may take place. the goal here is to get more local players that play other poker nights locally to them, also playing in the nearest venues to them.
HOW THE LEAGUE WORKS:
Points are scored as follows; Every player who plays adds 100 points to the total point prize pool. So if there are 20 players, there will be 2,000 points in the prize pool. 15 players would be 1,500 points, and so forth.
Depending on where you finish in that game, you will earn a certain percentage of those points.
First Place 25%, Second Place 15%, Third Place 10%, Fourth Place 9%, Fifth Place 8%, Sixth PLace 7%, Seventh Place 6%, Eighth Place 5%, Ninth Place 3%, Tenth Place 2%, 11th-20th Place 1%
Spring season: 1st January - 31st march, Summer season: 1st April - 30th June, Autumn season: 1st July - 30th September, Winter season: 1st October 31st December
